Here’s the thing about pie: people have been making and sharing it for generations, building such a strong sense of community. Pulling a recipe from an old cookbook — one with handwritten notes in the margins and a newspaper clipping tucked inside that someone thought was worth saving and actually making it yourself, then sharing a slice with someone you love. That’s what this is about.

The details:
Your mail ships by the 25th of each month. Order by the 15th and you’re included in that month’s letter — order after the 15th and your first letter ships with the following month’s. Depending on when you join, that first delivery might take a few weeks; after that, it arrives like clockwork.
Billing is once a month on the date you signed up. If you notice a second charge, that’s your next month’s mail on its way — not a duplicate. Every charge brings something new to your mailbox.
